Visual Control: Controls are made by experienced control personnel by checking the assembly nonconformities and the final status of the assemblies that affect each other and removing any nonconformities.
Tests Performed by the Quality Control Unit: Wagon Sprinkling Test: It is performed by inserting the wagon into the high pressure multi-point spray test area. In the test, in which the harshest conditions in nature are simulated, nonconformities are detected and eliminated.
Wagon Di Electricity and Grounding Test: In this test, leakage, crushed or stripped cables that may occur in the wagon electrical installation are detected. Measures are taken to prevent future leaks. The test is done by applying voltage according to the power load it can carry according to the thickness and quality of each cable.
Air Conditioning Test: It covers the cooling of the wagon and its ability to detect it.
Brake Test: Brake line tightness test is performed.
Door Test: Danger switches and function checks and communication synchronization are checked when the doors are opened and closed.
Plumbing: After the installation of the wagon, the leak test is performed, and after the installation, water is filled and the functions of the water heater, water heater and armatures are checked.
